Eligibility Window:

• We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

Condition of Returned Items:

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure items are returned securely.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.

• Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Please contact us within the 30-day window.

2. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.

3. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

• If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.  

• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

• Restocking fee: 10% of total order cost is kept.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and details/photos of the issue so we can resolve it for you promptly.
