Eligibility Window:
We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure items are returned securely.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please contact us within the 30-day window.
Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
Restocking fee: 10% of total order cost is kept.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and details/photos of the issue so we can resolve it for you promptly.
